Symptom: Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Highly exxagerated figure of a person on the toilet. a somewhat two-dimmensional oversized face, almost like a historical mask shows severe bags under the eyes, rash on the forehead, burning in the cheeks. The figure's shoulders and upper body is at the usual scale, with a rash on the chest and an impliedd tank top. The legs are brought up and underwear is around the ankles. The person has their oversized mask-face in their hands, looking extrmemly sensation-uncomfortable, but physically like they've been sitting a while. A roll of toilet paper is undwound, spilling onto the floor.
