Symptom: Post-Exertional Malaise Muscle Abnormalities
The study “Muscle abnormalities worsen after post-exertional malaise in long COVID” published earlier this year confirmed what many people with ME/CFS and Long Covid already knew, that exercise and exertion causes us extreme suffering.
