2025-7-30 I woke up to the migraine spreading. What is it and how do I stop it?!

The figure on the bookmark is drawn in sky blue facing away from us, they have a full body, especially in the rear and legs. The right leg is slightly thicker and facing forward. The left leg is slightly thinner, the foot is curved out and down, and has small dots along its vertical axis visible. A contrasting, pour of dark, dark ink with red particles in it covers the human's head and neck, and pours down their upper back, right arm, and down the left side of their back, obscuring their body. This contaminating ink does not follow the lines of the body, and has a haunting non-anatomical mind of its own as it climbs and reaches in new directions.
