On the upper thighs, especially the right, and on the right arm, are orange-pink dots depicting the hives/rash from sun heat exposure. A different option, a grey skeleton, leans to their left in horrible posture, trying to avoid the heat and light of the sun coming through the car window. Neither option is comfortable.
